Yes, very true! I think of the neurological pathways as literal paths through the woods. The paths you walk frequently will become clear, and the ones you don’t walk soon become overgrown. So if you spend all your time walking negative paths, the positive ones will become closed off, and difficult to clear up again. That’s why it’s so important to set up a habit to do just that, just as you suggest. Great article!
